    Gauge
The gauge is not crucial when crocheting rope (basket). It is only important that you try to crochet tightly so that the rope sits snugly under your stitches.

    About rope (basket)
Rope (basket) is small baskets for your yarn, sunglasses, crochet hooks, or other small items you want to keep nearby without them cluttering up space. Additionally, a small drinking glass fits in rope 1, allowing it to be used as a vase, while a smaller pot fits in rope 2, making it perfect as a plant pot cover.

    About the pattern

The pattern includes 2 versions - rope 1 and 2 - where rope 1 is a small, easy version so you can try your hand at crocheting around rope before starting rope 2, where more increases and decreases require a little more experience. However, both baskets are relatively easy and quick to make once you get the hang of the technique.

The baskets are crocheted from the bottom up in a spiral. Therefore, mark the first stitch of the round so you always know when the next round begins. When crocheting around the rope, it is important to "lengthen" the stitch before completing it. The pattern includes step-by-step photos of the technique.
